 Our sausages are made using pork from outdoor-reared British pigs and natural casings. . In fact they are as natural as can be!

 After much research and numerous tasting sessions (our job can be so trying!) we think that we have arrived at the perfect, classic pork sausage. Made with just the right mix of lean to fat pork meat, and neither too coarse or too fine, they cook beautifully.
